I personally helped orchestrate every detail—from coordinating vendors to scheduling painters, landscapers, cleaners, and stagers. I wasn’t just guiding the prep—I was in it. Whether it was packing up decades of family belongings, overseeing touch-up work, or making sure every room felt light, spacious, and inviting, my role was hands-on and all in.
Once the home was ready, I worked closely with my photographer to capture the home in both daylight and dusk—two very different moods that showcased the property’s architecture and serene surroundings. I wrote a custom video script that highlighted exactly what makes this home so special: its privacy, its flat usable yard, and its position on one of the most peaceful streets in Bryn Mawr.
